How does the MAT4SKILLS app track progress?
The MAT4SKILLS app monitors your progress by tracking XP points earned from completing drills, total training time logged, and all completed exercises shown on your skill card. It also keeps count of your training streak—the number of consecutive days you’ve practiced—and converts your achievements into XP that affects both your skill card and your ranking on the leaderboard. Major milestones are rewarded with trophies, which you can view anytime in your personal trophy room.
How effective is the mat for improving performance?
The effectiveness of the MAT4SKILLS training mat depends on several key factors, including the user’s dedication, consistency in practice, and specific training goals. This mat is designed to provide a structured and controlled environment for developing ball-handling skills. With its visual guides and markings, it helps improve coordination and footwork. However, the true impact of the MAT4SKILLS mat relies heavily on how well it is integrated into a regular training routine. To achieve the best results, focused practice, correct technique, and proper guidance are essential. While the mat serves as an excellent tool for enhancing ball mastery, its success ultimately depends on the user’s commitment and the quality of their training program.
