Returns and Refunds Policy
At Mat4Skills, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to our error, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our manufacturing fault, not due to mishandling by the customer or shipping carrier. If you believe your product qualifies, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mat4skills.com and include:

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you. You must contact us and dispatch the returning parcel within this 14-day period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds beyond this time frame.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and labels

Custom or personalized items can only be returned if there is a significant manufacturing defect

Sale items are not eligible for a refund

Gift cards are non-refundable
We require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to process any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few working days.
If you haven’t received your refund after being notified:

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
